If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Arriving late may limit the time allocated for your service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or modify the services provided.
In some cases, a late arrival may be considered a no-show and be subject to a fee.
3. Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with the results, please let us know within 48 hours so we can make reasonable adjustments.
Products purchased are eligible for exchange only if they are unused, unopened, and returned within 7 days with a valid receipt.

For hygiene and safety, children must be supervised at all times and are not permitted in treatment areas unless receiving a service.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Gift cards and prepaid packages must be presented at the time of service and are valid for the period specified at the time of purchase.
